• 2 - 30 minute call/week or a 1 - 60 minute call, as well as check in texting if you choose to do this as well. 
• Review any content, short videos or pdf's that you have as needed.
• Guidance for achieving clarity of your vision in a timely manner to include exercises for progress. 

This Coaching Program is personal to your needs and focused on delivering you results as long as you commit to  your vision to the best of your ability in a time frame that starts with our first phone call.

I always extend the first call to include planning our objectives together.
